It’s hard to believe that is has been almost 30 years since we left the halls of St. Wendelin High School as classmates. Of course some of us still roam the halls, but as parents of current students!

Since graduation, I have been married for almost 23 years to my husband Walter Roth. He and his father own a furniture store in Fostoria. We have 2 children, Meredith, who is 19 years old, and Matthew, who is 17 years old. Meredith graduated from SWHS in 2006 and Matthew is scheduled to graduate in 2008. Meredith is continuing her education in the field of Radiologic Technology and plans to become a Radiology Technician. Matthew stays busy with football, baseball and weightlifting.

I have been working at Fostoria Community Hospital for the past 22 years as the Director of Materials Management. Prior to that, I worked for almost 8 years as a buyer at a local lumber company. Yeah, add it up….that’s 30 years and I should be retired!! Unfortunately, most hospitals don’t have that “30 and out plan”!!! I am fortunate, though, to see former classmates, Bernie Reinhart and Tony Kramb every day at work!

I look forward to seeing everyone in July at the reunion. We had a great time at the 25 year reunion, and I hope the turnout is even better at this one!
